Please comprehensively review our operational standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

1. Scope of Integration Services

Master CCTV operates as an elite corporate IT system integrator headquartered in Ramamurthy Nagar, Bangalore. Our service commitments mandate the secure supply, installation, rigorous testing, and proactive maintenance of the following core digital systems:

  • Surveillance & IP Security: STQC-certified (Matrix, Prama, CP Plus, and Sparsh) 4K IP CCTV Camera Arrays, AcuSense AI Human Detection, Heavy Industrial Monitoring, and Wireless Solar 4G CCTV.
  • IT Infrastructure & Cabling: CommScope Cat6A Structured LAN Cabling, Optical Fiber Fusion Splicing, Server Rack Cable Dressing, Cisco Managed Switch Setup, and Ubiquiti Commercial Wi-Fi.
  • Access Control & Telephony: eSSL Biometric Attendance Systems, ZKTeco Facial Recognition Door Locks, Grandstream IPPBX Corporate VoIP, and SIP Video Intercoms.
  • Storage & Maintenance: WD Purple Pro & Seagate SkyHawk AI RAID NVR Storage Arrays, System Repairs, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) with strict break-fix SLAs.

2. Transparent Estimates & Quotation Validity

We strictly enforce complete pricing transparency with absolutely zero hidden integration fees for our B2B and B2C clients:

  • Itemized Written Blueprints: Following our free engineering property survey, you receive a detailed PDF proposal. You pay exclusively for the exact hardware entities, cable lengths meticulously calculated per meter, and flat-rate labor fees listed. Corporate quotes remain locked for 15 days.
  • Payment Milestones: A standard advance payment is strictly required to procure the necessary B2B hardware. Final balance settlements are due only after physical installation, active network testing, and complete administrative handover.

3. Hardware Warranties & Maintenance Agreements

We exclusively install genuine, OEM-warrantied hardware from proven global and indigenous technology partners including Prama, Dahua, CP Plus, Cisco Systems, Ubiquiti, D-Link, and CommScope. All enterprise IP security cameras, network video recorders, and PoE edge switches carry standard 1 to 2-year manufacturer warranties. Physical layer integrations, including structured cabling, feature a dedicated 1-year service workmanship warranty.

Warranty Exclusions: Hardware warranties are entirely voided by severe electrical power surges, lightning strikes, physical hardware tampering, unauthorized Layer-3 network re-configurations, or third-party cable modifications. Continuous, extended protection is actively available through our SLA-backed Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

4. Customer Site Responsibilities

  • Property Approvals: Corporate clients must secure all necessary structural permissions from building owners, tech park facility boards, or local authorities prior to our engineering teams initiating drilling or conduit piping workflows.
  • Internet Connectivity: For remote mobile app IP camera viewing and remote gateway troubleshooting, clients are entirely responsible for maintaining an active, high-speed ISP connection directly at the NVR or core switch location.

5. Limitation of Corporate Liability

While our advanced AI surveillance infrastructures act as critical physical deterrents and securely log vital forensic video data, we fundamentally cannot guarantee the total prevention of theft, trespassing, or facility breaches. Master CCTV Installation and Service is legally absolved and not liable for secondary financial loss, physical property damage, or cyber data breaches occurring on customer premises.

6. Legal Framework & Jurisdiction

These comprehensive B2B service terms and conditions are strictly governed by the statutory laws of India. Any legal disputes concerning our corporate IT system integration services fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Yes, our comprehensive site surveys and security infrastructure audits anywhere in Bangalore are completely free. We do not charge engineering consulting fees, and there is zero obligation to purchase after receiving your technical blueprint.

Once you officially approve our commercial quote, we guarantee that standard business and residential IP camera installations will be comprehensively completed within 48 hours. This strict SLA includes full network switch configuration and administrative system handover.

OEM warranties are immediately voided by physical hardware tampering, unauthorized Layer-3 network re-configurations, or third-party alterations to our Ethernet cabling. Catastrophic damage caused by severe electrical power surges or lightning strikes also voids the standard coverage.

We require a standard 60% advance payment to directly procure the necessary high-value B2B hardware. The remaining 40% balance is only due after the surveillance and IT network system is fully installed, rigorously tested, and successfully handed over.

Our enterprise AMC includes periodic system health checks, NVR firmware updates, and lens cleaning. We guarantee a rapid 2 to 4-hour on-site break-fix response time across Bangalore to ensure continuous operational uptime for tech parks and industrial hubs.

Our engineers securely configure the local router gateways and synchronize the mobile application for remote viewing. However, the corporate client is fully responsible for maintaining an active, high-speed ISP connection at the NVR or central server location.

While our advanced AI surveillance systems act as critical visual deterrents and provide indisputable forensic video evidence, they cannot guarantee the absolute prevention of crimes. Master CCTV is not legally liable for property damage or subsequent financial losses.

Our itemized commercial blueprints are strictly valid for 15 days, and the baseline pricing is locked. Costs will only undergo modification if you formally request additional enterprise hardware or an expanded scope of networking work.

All our Service Level Agreements (SLAs), network installation contracts, and AMC terms are governed strictly by the laws of India. Any formal corporate disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
