By accessing the Master CCTV Bangalore platform or formally engaging our certified engineers for IP camera installation, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), or structured LAN cabling, you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms of Service. Please review our operational standards carefully.

1. Scope of Enterprise Services

Master CCTV acts as an elite IT system integrator in Karnataka. Our scope covers the supply, installation, and rigorous testing of enterprise CCTV cameras, biometric access control systems, and robust fiber optic wiring. Our 48-Hour Installation Guarantee is activated upon written approval of our itemized quotation and is subject to standard site readiness.

2. 100% Transparent Pricing & Quotations

  • Zero Hidden Charges: All quotes provided following our 100% free site survey are strictly itemized. You pay only for the exact hardware, Cat6a cable lengths, and NVR storage capacities explicitly detailed in the proposal. Quotes are valid for 15 days.
  • Payment Milestones: To maintain supply chain efficiency with top brands (Hikvision, Dahua, Cisco), an advance payment is required for hardware procurement. The final invoice balance is due only upon the successful commissioning, network testing, and client handover.

3. Hardware Warranties & AMC Coverage

As authorized system integrators, we deploy strictly genuine, STQC-certified equipment. All physical security hardware carries standard OEM warranties (typically 1 to 2 years). Master CCTV extends a dedicated workmanship warranty on physical routing and structured cabling.

Exclusions: Warranties are immediately voided if damages arise from power surges, lightning, physical tampering, unapproved third-party network modifications, or acts of God. Extended protection requires enrollment in our 24/7 CCTV AMC Support programs.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Site Permissions: The client assumes full responsibility for securing required approvals from building management, HOAs, or local authorities prior to our technicians executing drilling or commercial Wi-Fi setups.
  • Network Uplink: To ensure seamless remote viewing via smartphone apps, the client must furnish a stable, active ISP broadband connection at the central server or DVR/NVR location.

5. Legal Limitation of Liability

Master CCTV engineers architectures designed to maximize digital security and provide powerful visual deterrence. However, we do not legally guarantee that our surveillance deployments will prevent all instances of theft, trespassing, or corporate espionage. Master CCTV is strictly not liable for secondary financial losses, property damage, or data breaches occurring at the deployed premises.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are meticulously governed by the laws of India. Any technical or commercial disputes relating to our system integration services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the judicial courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

Our STQC-certified surveillance systems act as powerful visual deterrents and vital recording tools. However, Master CCTV cannot legally guarantee the absolute prevention of criminal activity or trespassing.

Our itemized quotes are locked and valid for 15 days. Prices will only change if the client explicitly requests an expansion in the scope of work, such as adding more IP cameras or extending the fiber optic cabling.

All service agreements, installations, and terms and conditions are strictly governed by the laws of India and fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
